Silkor is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our team in the GCC.
We are looking for a strong sales and customer service professional who can confidently manage client consultations, follow up on leads, cross-sell services and achieve monthly sales targets.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service or a commercial role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets
- Professional approach with premium clients
- Energetic, proactive and results-driven personality
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality or premium services is an advantage
Skills
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships and sales processes.
- Excellent presentation skills to convey complex information in an engaging and understandable manner.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
