Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven sales consultant with a strong passion for fitness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, preferably within the gym/fitness membership industry, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness packages to potential customers
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outbound sales activities
• Conduct client consultations and explain membership benefits and pricing plans
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into active members
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and events

Required skills & qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales is mandatory
• Preferred background in gym membership / fitness sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with proven sales closing ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Good presentation and customer relationship management skills
