Sales Consultant
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, build rapport, and provide professional consultations based on individual beauty and self-care goals.
- Conduct face and body consultations using structured assessment methods and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Manage the sales process professionally, follow up with clients, and monitor their treatment progress through accurate records and photos.
- Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience while maintaining service standards and protocols.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment information using relevant digital tools.
Job Requirements
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in beauty, wellness, spa, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Service-oriented, empathetic, reliable, and confident in handling customer consultations and sales.
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up, organisational skills, and the ability to use digital tools for appointments and client records.
