💼 Job Summary

As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations by responding to customer inquiries, coordinating interviews, and managing both pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

📌 Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

• Provide clear and accurate information to assist employers

• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between employers and helpers

• Manage pre-sales preparation to ensure smooth deployment

• Conduct post-sales follow-up to gather feedback and maintain service quality

• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of sales activities

• Work independently with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

✅ Requirements

• Experienced or non-experienced are welcome

• Must have CEI certification

• Candidates with relevant sales or customer service experience are welcome to apply

• Good communication skills and responsible, positive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

🕒 Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday: Off
