Job Description
What your workday looks like ...
- You support our Senior Sales Managers.
- You are responsible for sales administration: creating and maintaining contracts, entering and checking rates, and maintaining our CRM system.
- You plan sales trips and coordinate customer appointments and business meetings.
- You independently handle the acquisition of new business contacts, e.g., at trade fairs.
- You coordinate national and international customer inquiries and create customized offers.
- You support the planning and implementation of sales activities, customer events, trade fairs, and roadshows.
- You organize and coordinate house tours and hotel inspections for potential clients.
- You independently manage a smaller circle of clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
- You prepare and follow up on sales meetings and ensure that all relevant sales documents are always up to date.
- You support telemarketing and mailing campaigns to maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume ...
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in the hotel industry, tourism, or a comparable field.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- You are proficient in common MS-Office applications and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
- You are tech-savvy, work in a structured manner, and approach tasks proactively.
- You impress with your friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and a strong talent for organization.
- You like to roll up your sleeves – and you also own up to your mistakes.
- You bring not only your professional skills but also your personality.
