Sales Coordinator (Aftersales I Logistics I Warehouse)

• Working days : Monday to Friday
• Working hours : 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Complaint Management

Perform investigation and manage customer complaints and quality incidents from receipt through closure.

• Warehouse Quality Management

Data input for RCA templates

Execute internal warehouse process (reject tag) for warehouse-caused errors

• Continuous Improvement

Identify process inefficiencies, waste, and quality risks.

Drive a culture of continual improvement and operational excellence.

Lead Gemba walks in collaboration with Operations team

• Reporting

Perform weekly and monthly reporting for customer complaints received

• Quality Management System (QMS)

Support and ensure compliance with ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) requirements and internal procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Min diploma or above

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or Customer Quality

• Experience in handling customer complaints preferred
