Sales Coordinator (Building Materials / Construction)

Our client is a leading premium stone solutions provider in Singapore, specializing in natural stone, engineered quartz, porcelain surfaces, fabrication, and installation services. They are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support their Sales team on the smooth execution of projects and customer orders.

  • Support the Sales team with quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and delivery summaries.

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support, including follow-ups on work orders, samples, and delivery timelines.

  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams on stock availability, order processing, and fulfillment.

  • Monitor order status, inventory movement, and delivery schedules.

  • Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange site deliveries and resolve delivery issues.

  • Support project teams with material submissions, site documentation, samples, mock-ups, and site measurements where required.

  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or project admin, referably in construction, interior design, or marble, granite, quartz, sintered stone, or tile products is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCAD or photoshop is a plus.
