Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Service Sales in proposal focusing on customer’s needs. Upgrades, Retrofits, Service Agreement and Support, Spare Parts, Technical training.
- Drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals – tracking contract expiry pipelines and proactively engaging customers ahead of renewal dates to minimize lapses in coverage.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate upgrades, service contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate to review and finalize contract.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer communication.
- Other ad hoc task as requested.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in service sales, with at least 3 years of experience
- Fresh graduates is welcome to apply.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
