Position: Sales Coordinator – Customer Service & Order Management
Location: Pasir Panjang (walking distance from Pasir Panjang MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Service existing and new customer accounts and respond to sales-related enquiries.
Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads.
Monitor customer ordering patterns and anticipated inventory requirements.
Proactively recommend repeat orders or stock replenishment based on customer usage and ordering trends.
Process sales orders received through various channels accurately and promptly.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of delivery orders and related records.
Prepare sales quotations and handle customer enquiries in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, printing of store orders, and preparation of visitation forms.
Provide sales support by processing phone orders and quoting approved prices in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
Support the Sales team in the execution of promotional activities and price updates.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least one year of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, order processing or sales support would be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email and following up on sales leads.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customer orders accurately.
