The Role at a Glance
This multi-faceted position serves as the operational bridge between clients, sales leaders, and hotel staff. You will manage crucial event logistics while bringing our spaces to life online through modern digital marketing campaigns.
Sales & Event Coordination
- Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact, run site tours, answer inquiries, manage lead channels
- Event Paperwork: Draft precise client contracts, event proposals, and sales reports.
- Operational Setup: Generate and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Resumes.
- Systems Management: Use Delphi, Cvent, and Property Management Systems (PMS) for rooms, inventory and events blocks.
- Team Collaboration: Align with Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Front Desk teams for guest setups.
- Revenue Growth: Identify up-selling opportunities like menu upgrades and property amenities.
- Financial Admin: Complete daily activity tasks as assigned , assist with billing, and process commissions.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Content Creation: Capture photos, Reels, and TikTok for hotel promotions and high profile events
- Platform Management: Schedule posts and engage followers on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Targeted Marketing: Promote corporate meetings and social events on visual channels.
- Brand Reputation: Monitor local social media trends and leverage positive online guest reviews.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: High school diploma required; hospitality or marketing degrees are a big plus.
- Experience: Background in hotel admin, food and beverage, or professional content creation.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Canva or video design apps.
- Soft Skills: Top-tier multitasking abilities, creative copywriting skills, and a guest-first attitude.
- Availability: Ready to adjust hours for occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
