Sales Coordinator (East / 5-Day Work Week) [EL]

Manage daily air freight and sea freight quotation enquiries received through phone and email.

Prepare quotations, maintain quotation records and conduct timely follow-ups on sales enquiries.

Support the sales team in customer communication, pricing enquiries and business development activities.

Coordinate with overseas offices and internal departments to provide accurate freight rates and service information.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and monitor sales performance.

Process debit notes and credit notes and coordinate with relevant teams on billing and payment matters.

Assist the Outdoor Sales Team in developing customer relationships and new business opportunities.

Support the achievement of monthly sales revenue targets and KPIs.

Deliver professional customer service and ensure customer enquiries are handled promptly.
