Sales Coordinator (Electronic Components)

- Position : Sales Coordinator (Electronic Components)
- Location : Upper Aljunied Link (Nearest MRT: Taiseng)
- Working hours : Monday - Friday | 8.45am to 5.45pm
- Salary (Commensurate with experience): Basic salary of $3,000–$3,500 per month, commensurate with experience + AWS + up to 14 days’ annual leave + medical benefits
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Electronic Components Distributor
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate deliveries and shipment schedules with suppliers and customers
- Process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Handle goods receiving (GR) and update system records accurately
- Prepare basic shipping and delivery documents (packing list, delivery note)
- Do simple stock checks and update PO/delivery status reports
- Support monthly stock/delivery review with customers
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant industry experience
- Experience with electronic components will have advantage
