Meteor Lighting is a premier architectural lighting brand with a global footprint, headquartered in Los Angeles with a high-tech manufacturing and operations hub in Taoyuan, Taiwan. Our award-winning solutions illuminate the workspace of the world’s most innovative companies, including Google, Amazon, Netflix, and Facebook. We pride ourselves on blending advanced engineering with sophisticated design.

※The Role
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be the strategic pulse of our international business cycle. Based in our Taoyuan office and reporting to the Sales & Marketing Division, you will manage the critical intersection of customer success, order orchestration, and global logistics. You don’t just move products; you ensure that our brand promise is delivered to the most iconic headquarters across the globe.

※Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Order Orchestration: Own the full lifecycle of orders from entry to fulfillment. Ensure 100% accuracy in our ERP system and maintain seamless communication between the US sales team and Taiwan production.
  • Global Logistics & Supply Chain Excellence: Coordinate complex international shipping arrangements. You will analyze carrier proposals, monitor logistics KPIs, and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service reliability.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Address client inquiries regarding product samples and RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization) with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze order flows, inventory levels, and logistics performance. Generate actionable reports to help leadership optimize operational efficiency.

※Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, or International Logistics.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (must be comfortable interfacing with US-based colleagues and clients).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-time zone environment. Willingness to work night shifts to align with US Pacific Time (PST) is essential.
  • Detail Orientation: A "zero-error" mindset with the ability to manage complex, multi-layered tasks simultaneously.

※ Preferred Qualifications

  • Cultural Fluency: Prior experience living, studying, or working in the United States is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of American business etiquette and communication styles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
  • Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
