Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all online enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Expand and develop the company's customer database.
- Prepare quotations and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Positive attitude with a strong passion
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
