THE ROLE

The Sales Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and systems support across the North American sales organization. Acting as a central operational connector between the internal sales team, wholesale accounts and independent sales reps, this position ensures seamless wholesale execution, B2B reorder growth, and showroom management.

The Sales Coordinator makes day-to-day decisions regarding B2B Available-to-Sell (ATS) email schedules, Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy monitoring, custom order proof coordination, sample order prioritization, and wholesale system updates. Operating with a customer-centric mindset and strong organizational agility, this role independently identifies MAP policy violations, manages custom program turnaround times, and maintains SKU data integrity in B2B portals—escalating major wholesale compliance disputes, inventory allocation deficits, or key account disruptions to Sales leadership.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Reporting to the Director, Sales - North America and working closely with the sales, operations, IT and marketing teams, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for the following:

  • Owning and executing weekly B2B ATS email communications to drive at-once reorder revenue across wholesale accounts.
  • Monitoring, enforcing, and managing Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy adherence across the wholesale channel, reporting violations and taking corrective action.
  • Facilitating the Herschel Custom Stitch Program, liaising between sales teams and embellishment partners to manage proofs, approvals, and order delivery.
  • Overseeing weekly SPS Commerce sales reporting, analyzing sell-through data to identify action items tied to ATS stock and BULK order opportunities.
  • Managing sales tools and SKU data integrity across B2B platforms (e.g., NuOrder, SPS Commerce), handling seasonal setup, data uploads, and customer/rep account maintenance.
  • Supporting key accounts with dropship product assortments and portal upload management.
  • Assisting sales leadership with key account presentation setup, meeting scheduling, line sheet preparation, and pitch materials.
  • Documenting and refining internal sales department processes to eliminate administrative friction and improve operational efficiency.
  • Organizing and fulfilling seasonal sample requirements across domestic and international territories, tracking past-season sample inventories for marketing and sales needs.
  • Coordinating general sales sample shipping, including sample pulls for marketing photoshoots and trade show planning/execution.
  • Overseeing HQ showroom setup, seasonal merchandising flips, display rotations, and physical room management.

DELIVERABLES & KPIs

  • On-time weekly deployment of B2B ATS emails, driving measurable reorder revenue and conversion in NuOrder.
  • Consistent channel monitoring and documented improvements in wholesale MAP policy adherence.
  • Maintenance of high customer service standards for the Custom Stitch Program with efficient turnaround times for proofs and orders.
  • Seamless seasonal showroom flips, organized past-season sample archives, and on-time sample fulfillment for trade shows and shoots.
  • Clean, accurate seasonal setup, data uploads, and account/rep management in NuOrder and SPS Commerce.

ABOUT YOU

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, wholesale operations, or account management support within consumer goods or retail.
  • Direct experience managing B2B e-commerce platforms (specifically NuOrder) and wholesale EDI/analytics platforms (SPS Commerce).
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating custom product programs, MAP policy enforcement, or B2B email communications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance competing deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of supporting field sales teams, independent reps, and key retail accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in lifestyle, apparel, accessories, or soft goods wholesale environments.
  • Practical knowledge of ERP systems and wholesale dropship fulfillment portals.
