As Sales Coordinator I, you are the liaison between the outside sales team, factory representatives and dealer network, as well as internal departments by helping to streamline processes, enhance communication and contribute to revenue growth. This will require being organized, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Work is focused on responding to inbound calls and emails related to sales orders and resolving routine order/delivery issues.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this position is based in Shreveport, LA.

Major Accountability:
- Providing knowledgeable sales support
- Maintain a good relationship with factory representatives and dealers
- Processing, monitoring and keeping track of purchase orders
- Logistics support/resolutions
Key Task & Responsibilities:
- Resolves routine and basic problems, communicates solution, ensuring satisfaction
- Address inquiries, provide product information and process purchase orders
- Communication with outside sales team and internal departments
- Maintain and update customer information
- May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and product information
- May train or mentor less experienced team members
