- Prepare and process inquiries, quotations and orders in the current Krones system landscape
- Support technical clarification
- Clarify commercial and scheduling requirements with customers and internal departments
- Review and process commercial information in accordance with internal Krones sales policies
- Monitor deadlines for quotations, orders and project milestones
- Follow up on quotations and ensure effective customer communication
- Coordinate internal interfaces and work closely with Project Management and Field Sales Managers
- Coordinate required export and customs documentation
Your Profile You contribute
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in project management, sales or a similar field
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Structured, organized and results-oriented working style
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP
- Salesforce skills are an advantage
- Economical grasp as well as affinity for technology
- High level of commitment and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Very good knowledge of English and Russian/Kazakh
- German language skills are an advantage
