People Profilers SALES COORDINATOR - MANUFACTURING (WOODLANDS)

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Quotation for spare parts
Process customer purchase orders & preparation of shipping documents
Obtaining COO from government agencies
Point of contact with customers to provide update on their orders, delivery issue etc
Preparation of regular sales report for management and summarizing KPI & trends

Requirement:

At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support or Customer Service
Experience with manufacturing environment is a plus
Experience with SAP is a plus
Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts & clients
