Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Industrial Products)
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. This role focuses on managing commercial products including chairs and storage product from our office in Kaki Bukit Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Administration: Process sales orders and prepare quotations.
- Client Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for engineers and procurement teams, answering product availability and track inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Link: Coordinate closely with logistics, production and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 year of sales coordination or administration experience, familiar with general office documentation.
- Education: Diploma or currently pursuing part time diploma / degree.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, sharp attention to technical details, a problem-solving mindset and computer literate.
