As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales and Business Development teams by coordinating daily operations, managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication across departments to ensure smooth commercial activities and excellent client support.



Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and daily administrative activities.
  • Maintain sales documentation, agreements, contracts, correspondence, and records.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, dashboards, and management updates.
  • Track and process commercial requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain internal workflows, process documentation, and task trackers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Track opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance insights for management.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Back Office, KYC, Compliance, Partner Operations, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Follow up on onboarding, operational, and client-related requests through to resolution.
  • Escalate urgent or time-sensitive matters when required.
  • Facilitate communication between commercial teams, senior management, and remote stakeholders.
  • Support partner onboarding, documentation, and ongoing operational requirements.
  • Monitor partner and client requests through ticketing and support systems.
  • Assist in resolving client and partner issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Prepare sales performance, productivity, and KPI reports.
  • Monitor team activities and progress through CRM and workflow systems.
  • Maintain budgets, sponsorship, and cost-tracking reports for commercial activities.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and sales initiatives.
  • Assist with campaign coordination and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.



Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Business Development Support, or Commercial Operations.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle urgent matters effectively.
