Sales Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Operations Administrator to support our Probe department. You will be the backbone of our sales and operations workflow — managing documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, handling procurement, and ensuring smooth order and logistics processes from end to end.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate POs, DOs, invoices, and all supporting transaction documents.
  • Track and document incoming and outgoing rental equipment.
  • Submit and systematically archive paperwork and records.
  • Maintain and secure small inventory items under lock and key.
  • Liaise with the accounts department for payment processing.
  • Coordinate production requests between the sales team and workshop operations.
  • Prepare and issue sales quotes to customers for standard items.
  • Handle packing and shipping of equipment cargo for overseas delivery.
  • Source and purchase spare parts and services as required.
  • Manage the order process for new product inventory.
  • Monitor supply chain delivery performance and relay feedback to suppliers.
  • Support ad hoc projects and operational needs as the business evolves.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, logistics, or operations coordination within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong documentation and filing habits.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
