Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. - Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports. - Manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to clients. - Collaborate with the presales team to provide necessary technical information and support during the sales process. - Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities. - Support B2B sales initiatives by identifying potential clients and assisting in lead generation. - Work closely with engineering and field sales teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and customer expectations. - Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions to improve sales performance. Required Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various sales activities effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in sales coordination and understanding of sales processes, particularly in HVAC and engineering sales. - Familiarity with RFQ processes and presales activities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to achieving sales targets.
