About the opportunity
Your tasks include
- Generating and managing sales quotations in Salesforce (SFDC) while coordinating with Customer Care, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to support successful order fulfillment.
- Maintaining accurate customer, account, contact, pricing, and opportunity data within Salesforce and other business systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Preparing customer-specific reports, pricing files, sales analyses, and administrative documentation to support commercial activities and decision-making.
- Coordinating and communicating stakeholder requirements, process updates, and operational activities to ensure alignment across Sales and cross-functional teams.
- Participating in sales team meetings, supporting ongoing commercial initiatives, and providing coverage or interim support where required.
- Managing escalations and administrative inquiries by partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective resolutions.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities, reporting operational gaps, and supporting initiatives that enhance efficiency, data quality, and customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, sales operations, customer operations, or a similar administrative role within a fast-paced commercial environment is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, SAP, or other CRM/ERP platforms is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
