Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

•  Issue Sales Order
•  Perform monthly consignment invoicing
•  Liaise with Warehouse on daily order loading
•  Print price labels
•  Prepare Goods Return documents
•  Attend to customers enquiries
•  Provide support to Sales Team on Inventory Issues
•  Liaise with Warehouse/Merchandisers on Delivery Issues
•  Assist in any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Meticulous and good organisational skills
• A team player and able to work independently
