Sales Coordinator/ Support (North, Manufacturing) CL88

►Basic + Performance Incentive + Transport Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchase orders, prepare quotations, and handle sales documentation.

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on order status, production schedules, and deliveries.

• Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on order progress.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order documentation.

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and sales reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Min ‘A’ level / Diploma in manufacturing / engineering or related fields or equivalent

• Min 1-3 years experience in sales or quality in manufacturing industries

• Able to handle multiple priorities, operate with minimum supervision and adaptable to changes in priorities and approaches in fast-paced environment and work overtime
