Sales coordinator

• Help process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliver

• coordination with labs or logistics to prepare and send fragrance samples

• Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, production, customer service, regulatory).

• Field inquiries via email or phone and resolve any order or product issues

• Update sales forecasts, track performance (sell-in, sell-out), and prepare regular reports or presentations

• Support commercial or area managers with planning, especially around promotions or new launches.

• Monitor project timelines and progress, ensure deadlines are met, and anticipate potential roadblocks.

• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, launch events, or sampling initiatives.
