Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the Key Account Executives in managing key retail, supermarkets and department stores accounts for toys, stationery, and back-to-school products. This role combines sales administration, customer service, merchandising, and retail account support to ensure smooth sales operations and maximize product visibility at customer outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales team.

  • Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and follow up to ensure timely fulfilment.

  • Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and customer records.

  • Work closely with logistics team to monitor stock availability and prepare store or event setup materials.

  • Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and key customers to build relationships with store managers and buyers.

  • Secure shelf space, promotional displays, and seasonal merchandising opportunities for toys and back-to-school products.

  • Ensure products are well displayed, correctly priced, and adequately stocked according to company merchandising standards.

  • Set up and maintain promotional displays during key selling periods, including Back-to-School, school holidays, festive seasons, and year-end promotions.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and in-store promotions, and provide market feedback to the Sales Manager.

  • Assist in introducing new product ranges and seasonal collections to customers.

  • Coordinate with customers regarding promotions, product launches, and replenishment requirements.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, outlet visit reports, and merchandising updates for management.

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

  • Perform other sales and operational duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, merchandising, wholesale, or retail sales support. Experience in toys, stationery, gifts, or consumer products is an advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

  • Positive attitude, organized, and customer-oriented.
