Sales cum Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales cum Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Kampong Ubi Central Region on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role that bridges sales and logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination between customer requirements and product delivery. You will play a key role in supporting our sales team whilst managing logistics coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in both sales support and supply chain management within a growing organization.

Key responsibilities

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, customer communication, and follow-up activities

2. Coordinate logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery management to ensure timely product delivery

3. Maintain accurate records of sales orders, inventory levels, and logistics documentation

4. Liaise between customers, sales team, and logistics partners to address inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues

5. Monitor and expedite orders to ensure they meet agreed delivery dates and customer expectations

6. Prepare sales reports and analyze logistics metrics to support performance review and process improvements

7. Manage warehouse coordination and ensure proper handling of products throughout the supply chain

8. Support the development of customer relationships by ensuring accurate order fulfilment and prompt communication

9. Identify opportunities to streamline logistic processes and improve operational efficiency

10. Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
