Sales Data Management Clerk
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check, validate, and reconcile all rematado records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability, and promptly identify and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Analyze rematado data to generate insights and provide timely, data-driven recommendations that support demand and supply planning, sales operations, revenue optimization, and other business decisions.
- Maintain organized, secure, and up-to-date rematado data and records, ensuring proper retention, controlled access, and compliance with privacy, security, and record-keeping policies.
- Prepare, update, and deliver accurate and comprehensive rematado reports as requested by business units, ensuring information is readily available to support compliance, financial reporting, auditing, and operational needs.
- Support data entry, validation, and related administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and contributing to the overall integrity and usability of rematado information.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience in roles related to jewelry sales and inventory management.
Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following): In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial concepts relevant to jewelry sales and inventory management. Excellent interpersonal to interact with other business units and other stakeholders.
Skills: Jewelry inventory management, sales tools, MS Office (Excel advanced), and BI/data analysis tools like Power BI.
