Our success has been built through intense innovation, a customer-first mentality, and a team of fearless VASTronauts who leverage their skills and experiences to make real market impact. This is an opportunity to be a key contributor at a pivotal time in our company’s growth and at a pivotal point in computing history.
We’re looking for a relentless, hands-on Sales Data Management Specialist to safeguard the accuracy and completeness of our global commercial data. In this role, you will combine proactive sales rep engagement, direct Salesforce management, Google Sheets wizardry, and SQL querying. You will serve as the engine powering RevOps data integrity-doing whatever it takes, from placing direct calls to tracking down missing deal details across international teams, to ensure our CRM is clean, structured, and actionable.
This is a hybrid operational and data-driven role, ideal for an assertive go-getter who is fearless about holding sales reps accountable across regions, loves diving into data, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment.
What You’ll Do:
Proactive Data Chasing & Rep Engagement (40%)
- Proactively track down sales reps via calls, Slack, and email to hunt down missing or incomplete deals, deployments, accounts and contacts data.
- Hold reps accountable to global data entry standards and follow up relentlessly until required fields are populated.
- Act as the frontline gatekeeper to ensure no opportunity, renewal, or account moves forward without complete data.
- Drive high urgency around CRM hygiene across global sales teams and regional territories.
Salesforce Updates & Hygiene Management (30%)
- Update, clean, and maintain key fields across Salesforce Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, Assets and other objects.
- Perform routine data audits, bulk updates, and field validations to maintain high data quality standards.
- Identify missing metadata across active deal pipelines and resolve data discrepancies swiftly.
- Enforce standardized data entry rules to ensure consistent pipeline and forecast reporting globally.
Google Sheets & SQL Data Operations (30%)
- Build, maintain, and format advanced Google Sheets to track missing data, audit pipelines, and map inputs.
- Run simple SQL queries to extract raw data, identify missing records, and cross-reference CRM inputs.
- Reconcile datasets across systems to ensure Salesforce records match operational source files.
- Deliver clean, structured datasets to RevOps leadership to support real-time decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Field Sales, and Sales Leadership globally to eliminate operational data gaps.
- Support Deal Desk and Finance teams by ensuring pipeline data is verified before quarter-end closes.
- Serve as a central point of contact for sales reps needing quick assistance with data updates.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Coordination, or a high-volume SDR/BDR role within a global SaaS/tech environment.
- Proactive & Fearless Mindset: Highly assertive communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone, jumping on calls, and pushing sales reps to get the data needed.
- Salesforce Proficiency: Direct experience updating fields, managing records, and navigating Salesforce (SFDC) object structures.
- Spreadsheet Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, data cleaning formulas).
- Basic Technical Skills: Ability to write and run simple SQL queries to pull, filter, and cross-reference datasets.
- Detail Orientation & Tenacity: High attention to detail with an uncompromising drive to see data tasks through to completion across multiple time zones.
