Job Summary

You will present and demonstrate products to customers across Singapore, engage potential buyers professionally, support sales through persuasive communication, manage inventory and displays, collect feedback, and maintain compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate products to customers at various locations in Singapore to increase product awareness and sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage instructions clearly and persuasively to help customers make informed decisions.
• Approach and engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and encourage purchases.
• Respond to customer questions and address objections effectively to facilitate sales.
• Promote sales by highlighting product advantages and conducting live demonstrations to attract customer interest.
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing relevant product information and recommendations.
• Upsell or cross-sell complementary products when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and comply with brand standards to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly and report stock needs to management to maintain product availability.
• Collect and report customer feedback and product performance insights to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and demonstration effectiveness for reporting purposes.
• Continuously update knowledge of new products, promotions, and competitor offerings to stay informed.
• Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge for better customer engagement.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards, especially for food, cosmetic, or health-related products, to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized demonstration area to provide a professional environment.
• Stand for long periods and handle physical products safely during demonstrations and sales activities.
• Pay attention to detail and maintain good personal grooming to represent the brand professionally.
