Interior Designer مسؤول عن إدارة المخزون من إعداد الميزانية إلى التخليص النهائي، بالتشاور مع مدير المفهوم المعني ولتحقيق الأهداف والغايات التي حددتها إدارة الإقليم لتوزيع
وموازنة المخزون .
Support B2B team in creation of a stylistically strong concept for the client that offers visual and functional solutions of home Centre products to meet client satisfaction
Ensure customer commitments are met on time through follow-ups on purchases/orders/deliveries and addressing issues (if any)
Ensure all client design specifications are duly met through follow up communication, home visits and set up and customer feedback on the service provided
Prepare work briefs based on client interaction to understand the requirement aided by secondary research
Provide detailed assistance to clients during the selection process of fabrics, color palettes, window treatments, lighting, carpets, floor tiles, artwork, paint, wallpaper and accessories through product samples or mood boards
Prepare accurate and error free detailed drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes using computer-aided design software (AutoCAD) for presentation to clients using instore room styler.
Identify and understand the structural requirements of the design solution with adequate focus on health and safety issues, building codes and other relevant technical aspects
Combine the Home Centre offer with appropriate selection of other elements such as textile, material, color, texture, lighting and other factors to create a better solution for the Homes.
Responsible for preparing detailed order documents
Prepare the program for site/home execution; prepare status report on weekly basis
Producing mood boards for presentation to clients.
Finish plans/layouts and specification/BOQ
Great at organization and time management
Good knowledge in space planning
Excellent communication & leadership skills.

إعداد ملخصات العمل بناءً على تفاعل العميل لفهم المتطلبات بمساعدة البحث الثانوي
تقديم المساعدة التفصيلية للعملاء أثناء عملية اختيار الأقمشة ولوحات الألوان ومعالجات النوافذ والإضاءة والسجاد وبلاط الأرضيات
والأعمال الفنية والطلاء وورق الحائط والملحقات من خلال عينات المنتجات أو لوحات المزاج
إعداد رسومات وتصاميم وخطط ونماذج ومخططات دقيقة وخالية من الأخطاء باستخدام برامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب
( AutoCAD ( لعرضها على العملاء باستخدام مصمم الغرف في المتجر.
تحديد وفهم المتطلبات الهيكلية لحل التصميم مع التركيز بشكل كافٍ على قضايا الصحة والسلامة، وقوانين البناء والجوانب التقنية
الأخرى ذات الصلة

مسؤول عن إعداد مستندات النظام التفصيلي
إعداد البرنامج لتنفيذ الموقع / المنزل. إعداد تقرير الحالة على أساس أسبوعي
إنتاج مود بورد لعرضه على العملاء .
الانتهاء من الخطط / التخطيطات والمواصفات / BOQ
