SALES DESIGNERS (Basic cum Com.)

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

o Conceptualizing, designing for every project, based on client's requirements

o Drafting 3D perspectives for clients to visualize and understand

o Preparing relative technical drawings for clients / authority submissions

o Calculate specifications and tabulate a quotation based on guidelines

o Project management, supervision and coordination.

o Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

o Liaise with sub-contractors/ clients

Requirements

· Profit sharing up to 70% of the total profit

· Able to do sales for HDB Flats, Condo and commercial.

· Preferably of Diploma in interior design or equivalent.

· Preferably of Knowledge of MS Excel, 3D Studio Max, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad

· Ideally with 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Applicants must be willing to travel around island should the need arises.

· Preferably in Architecture in Private landed/Interior Design/commercial or equivalent.
