- Manage and respond to sales enquires using company-provided quality leads
- Understand client's needs, lifestyle requirements, and renovation expections
- Provide professional advice on space planning, design concepts, material selection, and project scheduling
- Discuss, present, and propose design solutions that meet clients' needs and budgets
- Close sales and prepare renovation contracts
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure renovation works are completed according to approved plans and timelines
- Work independently while maintaining strong ownership of assigned projects
