Sales Development & Administrative Coordinator – Car Rental

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Sales Development & Administrative Coordinator to support our growing long-term vehicle rental business.

This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential customers, generating sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You'll work closely with the sales manager to develop new accounts, follow up with prospective customers, and coordinate the administrative side of our long-term rental operations.

If you enjoy talking with people, are comfortable making outbound calls, and have an interest in sales, customer relations, and business development, this could be a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Generate New Business: Make outbound phone calls to businesses and individuals to introduce our long-term vehicle rental services and identify potential customers.
• Develop Sales Leads: Contact prospective clients, respond to inquiries, track opportunities, and maintain consistent follow-up with potential customers.
• Build Customer Relationships: Communicate with corporate accounts and individual customers to understand their vehicle rental needs and provide professional assistance.
• Support Sales Operations: Assist the sales manager with account development, customer outreach, contract renewals, and sales-related projects.
• Manage Administrative Tasks: Prepare rental documents, process paperwork, schedule appointments, and complete accurate data entry.
• Maintain Customer Information: Update client profiles, sales records, contact lists, and lead management databases.
• Coordinate Contract Renewals: Help monitor existing long-term rental agreements and communicate with customers regarding upcoming renewals.
• Deliver Excellent Service: Represent the company professionally through phone, email, and other customer communications.
