Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 • No equity

Call India's affordable housing finance companies, find the person who owns construction-stage disbursement, and book the meeting. Two months, then a full-time offer if you perform.

ABOUT STAGEBRIDGE When a home loan is disbursed in tranches, the lender has to prove the house actually reached the stage being paid for. Today that means scheduling a site visit and chasing photos over WhatsApp.

StageBridge replaces that with guided, location-stamped photo capture on the borrower's own phone, automated checks on every submission, and an AI stage read that writes out its reasoning. A named credit officer still makes every release decision. The software never approves or disburses anything.

We are early. The product is live and in evaluation with housing finance companies. There is no revenue yet. You would work directly with the founder and the GTM lead.

THE ROLE You are the first voice of the company. Your job is to reach the right person at 100+ housing finance companies and get them into a 20-minute conversation with our GTM lead.

What you do every day:

  • 60 to 80 dials. That is the target and we hold you to it. It takes about five focused hours.
  • Reach the right owner: Head of Credit, Chief Risk Officer, Head of Technical or Valuation, Head of Operations, or the COO at smaller lenders.
  • Get past the gate. Most calls end at a receptionist or branch manager. Find the name, the designation and the direct line, and call back at the right hour.
  • Qualify in 90 seconds. Does this lender disburse against construction stages? Who signs off the tranche? How do they verify progress today?
  • Book the meeting, with the prospect's name, role, phone and context written up before you hang up.
  • Log every dial, gatekeeper name, callback time and outcome the same day. An unlogged call did not happen.
  • Fifteen-minute debrief at the end of each day on what worked and what we change in the script tomorrow.

What good looks like: 60 to 80 dials usually gives 8 to 12 real conversations and 1 to 2 qualified ones. We expect 2 to 3 booked meetings a week by week three. You will miss these numbers in your first days. That is normal and we coach you through it.

What this is not: no email blasting, no marketing or social media, and no script that promises things the product does not do.

WHAT YOU GET

  • A written call script, objection library and the exact target list. You are not cold-starting anything.
  • Live coaching from the founder and the GTM lead, including reviews of your own call recordings.
  • A front-row seat while a B2B sales motion is built from zero in regulated lending. You will learn how housing finance companies actually buy.
  • A completion certificate and a reference.

COMPENSATION, TARGET-BASED There is no fixed stipend for the two months. You earn on what you produce.

  • Daily dial target: 60 to 80 calls.
  • Every converted call pays Rs 100. A converted call means a decision maker at a housing finance company agrees to a 20-minute meeting at a specific date and time.
  • Hit 90 or more dials in a day and every converted call that day pays Rs 150 instead of Rs 100.
  • Paid monthly against the shared call log. Duplicate calls to the same person, and bookings the prospect did not actually agree to, do not count.

At the end of two months, a full-time offer with a fixed monthly salary plus per-meeting incentive, decided on your numbers and your discipline. Conversion is not automatic and we will not pretend it is.

HOW YOU CONVERT We review at week 4 and week 8 on four things: dial discipline, meetings booked and actually attended, quality of your written handoff, and coachability.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 0 to 2 years of experience. Freshers welcome. Tele-calling, collections, insurance or loan-sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Fluent English and Hindi on the phone. A South Indian language, Marathi or Gujarati is a real advantage, since these lenders sit in tier-2 and tier-3 India.
  • You are not scared of being hung up on 50 times a day.
  • Your own laptop, a phone with a working plan, stable internet, a quiet place to call from.
