About Browserbase
Browserbase is the complete platform to build and deploy agents that browse and interact with the web like humans. We provide one API key for agents to search and fetch information, fill out forms, and replicate user actions.
We are a Series B startup that grew our revenue 5x in 2025 and are continuing to grow, fast. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, CRV, and Notable Capital, our team is building on our CEO's founding vision to power the world's best AI tools and help everyone automate the web.
About the role
You'll be on the front line of Browserbase's pipeline engine. You'll research, prospect and engage developer, engineering and business leaders at our target accounts, and turn their interest into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This role is much more than booking meetings. You'll lead with customer outcomes and use cases, learn our product deeply, and help shape our playbook as the team scales.
What you'll do
- Generate qualified pipeline through personalized, multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn and events) into target accounts.
- Run cold calls to uncover the use case, the pain and the decision makers, then hand off to AEs with full context.
- Work inbound and product sign-up leads quickly, turning hand-raisers into qualified opportunities.
- Partner with AEs on account strategy and with Marketing on events and campaigns.
- Build and use AI-driven workflows with tools like Claude, Clay and Amplemarket to research faster and personalize better.
- Share what you hear in the market (messaging, objections, competitors) to sharpen our playbook.
- Keep HubSpot accurate and track your own activity and conversion.
What success looks like in year one
- You beat 100% of your qualified opportunity target, with strong conversion: quality over volume.
- You can explain browser infrastructure for AI agents and hold a credible first conversation with an engineering leader.
- You contribute at least one play, sequence or AI workflow that the whole team adopts.
- Top performers build toward an Account Executive role.
You're a good fit if you...
- Have 1 to 3 years in an SDR, BDR, sales or customer-facing role, or a strong track record of winning somewhere else.
- Are resilient and competitive. You handle rejection, keep going, and want to be at the top of the leaderboard.
- Are deeply curious and consultative, even on a cold call. You uncover the real problem instead of just booking a meeting.
- Write clearly and concisely. Your outreach is short, specific to the prospect, and something an engineering leader would actually reply to.
- Are AI-native. You've built your own workflows with tools like Claude and can show what you automated and what it changed.
- Learn and adapt fast, and are comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Bring humility, grit, a bias for action and a low ego.
- Are genuinely interested in how software is built and how AI agents are changing it.
- Are willing to work from our San Francisco office 4 days a week, or to relocate.
We care less about years of experience and more about the qualities above.
