Sales Development Representative
What you’ll do
- Generate high-quality pipeline that converts into revenue, through thoughtful and personalized outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Conduct account research, identify key decision makers, and build relationships with prospects across verticals and personas
- Own the top of funnel and act as a strategic partner to your Account Executive, aligning on target accounts, messaging, and opportunity quality (not just meeting volume)
- Partner with AEs and cross-functional teams to identify new pipeline opportunities and book qualified introductory meetings
- Become a subject matter expert on Contentsquare's platform and the digital analytics space
What you’ll need to succeed
- 6+ months experience in sales or a relevant field; SaaS experience a plus
- Coachable with a genuine growth mindset: you seek out feedback, act on it quickly, and are always looking to sharpen your craft
- Strong communication and customer-centric skills, able to build trust and hold engaging conversations with prospects across all levels
- Self-starter with grit, perseverance, and strong analytical skills
- Comfortable operating with autonomy while thriving in a team-oriented, feedback-rich culture
- Track record of achieving sales metrics and the work ethic to consistently hit quota
