Sales Development Representative
Fundcraft is a digital fund administration platform for private markets, providing regulated AIFM services, core fund operations, and an LP investor portal to emerging, established, and institutional managers. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to own top-of-funnel outbound pipeline generation, complementing our marketing inbound efforts, and to help our sales team run efficiently through better tooling and automation. This is a junior sales role with a defined path to Account Executive within 3 years.
This position is based in our Girona office, and reports to our VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain targeted hunt lists of prospective institutional and private-markets clients across core European markets.
- Plan and run LinkedIn campaigns and targeted outbound outreach sequences to generate qualified prospect conversations.
- Own top-of-pipeline lead generation, working alongside marketing to convert inbound leads and build outbound pipeline in parallel.
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for Senior Account Executives, including at European industry events and conferences.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prospect scheduling for Account Executives attending industry events.
- Evaluate, adopt, and configure sales tools (prospecting, outreach, CRM, automation) to improve team productivity.
- Support, optimise, and automate sales team processes from first contact through to deal signing.
- Track and report outbound activity and pipeline metrics, and share learnings to improve conversion at each stage.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in the CRM.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Business/Sales Development Representative or outbound sales role, ideally in B2B, fintech, or financial services; experience in alternative assets or private markets is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable running structured outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email) and hitting activity/pipeline targets.
- Technical and automation mindset: quick to learn and adopt new sales tools (CRM, sales engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation/AI tools) to improve efficiency.
- Organised and process-driven, with strong attention to detail in hunt list and pipeline management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging senior prospects.
- Self-starter with a deal-closing and growth mindset, motivated by a clear path to an Account Executive role.
- Fluent English; French is a strong advantage; additional European languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to European industry events.
