  • Strategic Outreach: Research accounts to create relevant commercial angles, ensuring all outreach is tailored to marketing, media, and partnership objectives.
  • Revenue Delivery: Aim to generate Β£60,000 to Β£75,000 in closed revenue per quarter once fully ramped.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records within the sales pipeline, ensuring every prospect has a clear next action and follow-up date.
  • Account Evolution: Transition successful new business wins into long-term accounts, focusing on repeat business, upselling, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Outbound Expertise: At least 2 years of demonstrable B2B outbound sales experience, with a proven track record of personally originating opportunities and closing revenue.
  • Media Literacy: A strong understanding of how brands and agencies plan and purchase media (budgets, CPMs, branded content, and paid amplification).
  • High Activity Drive: Comfort maintaining a high-volume sales pace (approx. 60 new outbound contacts per day) alongside strong commercial judgment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written outreach skills and a confident, persuasive presence in discovery meetings and negotiations.
  • Resilience: A competitive spirit with the intellectual curiosity to handle objections and the persistence to pursue opportunities over multiple months.
  • Location/Hours: Ability to work GMT hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) to align with the London-based team and UK market.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Industry Background: Prior experience in media, advertising, publishing, branded content, or adtech.
