Sales Development Representative

Reinvent Security & Reinvent Academy | Remote | Commission-Based | International

About the Role

Reinvent Security and Reinvent Academy are growing their international B2B client base across Cybersecurity Services and Professional Training.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify target organizations, engage decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive.

What You’ll Do

• Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers.

• Prospect through LinkedIn, email, telephone and other outbound channels.

• Start meaningful conversations with potential clients.

• Understand initial business needs and qualify opportunities.

• Identify opportunities for Reinvent Security and/or Reinvent Academy.

• Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive.

• Follow up consistently with prospects.

• Maintain accurate prospecting activity in the CRM.

Your focus: Create qualified sales opportunities, not close the entire sales cycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales development, B2B sales, lead generation or outbound prospecting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email and other prospecting tools.

• Able to research companies and identify the right decision-makers.

• Self-motivated, persistent and comfortable working remotely.

• Experience in cybersecurity, technology, consulting or professional training is an advantage.

Compensation

100% Commission-Based | Uncapped Earning Potential

You earn commission on revenue generated from qualified opportunities you originate, in accordance with our commission plan.
