Mid-Atlantic Technical Sales Rep – Construction Technology
Location: Hybrid (Northern VA / DC / MD) | Travel: 30–50%
Compensation: $50K–$60K base + uncapped commission | $110K+ OTE

What You’ll Do
- Build and own pipeline across the Mid-Atlantic territory.
- Prospect and sell to GCs, contractors, and AEC decision-makers.
- Lead discovery, demos, and ROI-driven sales conversations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in quota-carrying B2B sales.
- Construction tech, automation, or capital equipment experience preferred.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the region.
