ZeroFox protects what's real by removing what isn't. We steadfastly safeguard organizations from fraud, abuse, misinformation, and attack by preemptively exposing, disrupting, and eliminating external threats across the public attack surface — because when people can't tell what's real, they stop trusting everything.

ZeroFox uniquely fuses Cyber Threat Intelligence, Brand and Domain Protection, Attack Surface Intelligence, Executive Protection, and Physical Security Intelligence in one platform packed with intelligence you'll actually use. Our continuous cycle — Discover, Validate, Disrupt — helps thousands of customers worldwide, including leaders in finance, media, technology, retail, healthcare, and government, reduce risk, accelerate response, and defend their world.

We're growing fast, investing deeply in AI, and building a team of people who are serious about results and never take themselves too seriously. If you're ready to take the fight to the adversary, come defend your world with us.

WHAT ZEROFOX WILL LOOK LIKE TO YOU

ZeroFox is building pipeline in one of the most consequential markets in enterprise software — external cybersecurity. The adversary doesn't take days off, and neither does our GTM motion. Our SDR team in Baltimore is where we develop the next generation of ZeroFox enterprise sellers, and we have an internal promotion track that proves we mean it. If you want to learn how enterprise security deals are made from the people actually making them, this is the seat.

THE ROLE

Your job is to fill the top of the funnel — finding the right prospects, starting conversations, and handing off qualified opportunities to our Account Executive team. You'll run outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn, respond to inbound leads, and work with AEs to prioritize which accounts are worth pursuing. You don't need to know everything about cybersecurity on day one, but you do need to be curious enough to learn fast and credible enough that a security buyer takes your call seriously. In your first 30 days you'll complete product and messaging onboarding and start prospecting alongside your AE. By 60 days, you're booking meetings on your own. By 90, you're contributing to pipeline.

THE REALITY

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF...

  • You can hold a credible conversation with a security buyer — not reading from a script, but actually engaging with their world and their risk posture
  • Rejection doesn't spiral you. You debrief, adjust, and move on without drama
  • You're organized enough to run a tight outreach cadence across 30+ accounts without things slipping through
  • You've done B2B sales or SDR work before — this isn't entry-level, and you'll be expected to contribute fast
  • You want to understand the product, not just pitch it. Genuine curiosity about how ZeroFox works matters here

THIS PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU IF...

  • You need a lot of structure and daily hand-holding — we give you tools and coaching, but you own your activity
  • High-volume cold calling is the only motion you know — this role requires strategic thinking, not just dialing speed
  • You're not interested in cybersecurity as a domain — buyers can tell when the SDR doesn't care about the space
  • You're looking for fully remote — this role is hybrid out of our Baltimore HQ

THE TOOLKIT

YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

  • 1–2 years of B2B sales, SDR, or business development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to run outbound prospecting and qualify opportunities — you can point to a pipeline number you contributed to
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you write emails people respond to
  • CRM hygiene is non-negotiable — you keep Salesforce current because it makes you better, not because your manager asks

WOULD LOVE, BUT WE WON'T HOLD IT AGAINST YOU:

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, enterprise software, or complex B2B buying cycles
  • Experience working with channel or partner-influenced deals
  • Exposure to Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar sales engagement tools

THE OTHER STUFF

Total compensation: $75,000 OTE ($50,000base + $25,000 commission) Quarterly accelerators are available for overachievement — we reward those who exceed quota.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision (Cigna)
  • 401(k) with 3% match, 100% immediately vested — no cliff
  • HSA with quarterly company contributions
  • Company-paid short/long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — confidential counseling, legal, and financial support
  • Pet insurance and discount programs
  • Regular catered lunches in the Baltimore office; snacks and drinks daily
  • Generous time off
  • Clear path to AE/AM — Most top performers are on track for their first promotion within 12–18 months

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

We aim to build a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We embrace inclusion and ensure equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, national origin, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, genetic information, citizenship status, military or veteran status, or any other personal characteristic.
