SALES DIRECTOR

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, parts replacement, and other workshop services.

Identify and acquire new customers, including individual vehicle owners, corporate fleets, rental companies, logistics companies, transport operators, dealerships, and other business clients.

Develop corporate fleet maintenance contracts and long-term service agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, suppliers, and referral partners.

Promote workshop services such as preventive maintenance, engine repairs, transmission repairs, air-conditioning servicing, tyre and brake services, diagnostics, bodywork, and other automotive services offered by the company.

Lead negotiations on pricing, service packages, fleet contracts, credit terms, and commercial agreements.

Develop sales targets, revenue forecasts, customer acquisition targets, and sales performance KPIs.

Monitor monthly workshop sales, customer conversion rates, repeat business, average invoice value, and profitability.

Work with service advisors and workshop staff to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customers’ vehicle conditions and maintenance requirements.

Develop customer retention programmes, servicing packages, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.

Analyse customer demand, competitor pricing, automotive market trends, and workshop industry developments.

Identify opportunities to introduce new services, products, automotive parts, accessories, or maintenance packages.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Handle major customer enquiries, quotations, tenders, and corporate account proposals.

Work closely with workshop operations to ensure sufficient manpower, parts availability, workshop capacity, and service quality before committing to major customer contracts.

Monitor customer feedback and work with the operations team to improve service standards and customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for management.

Represent the company at automotive industry events, networking sessions, corporate meetings, and business development activities.

Support the company’s expansion into new automotive services, customer segments, and geographical markets.
