Sales Director/Country Manager

Our client is a fastgrowing European fintech company transforming how in store card payments are accepted. Their solution helps merchants acrossretail, hospitality, transportation, and other industries create more flexiblepayment experiences. As the first employee in North America, the Sales Directorand Country Manager will be responsible for accelerating market growth,developing strategic payment partner relationships, and driving direct saleswith large enterprise merchants. The company expects to establish a largerlocal team as sales and market adoption grow. This role will report directly tothe Chief Sales Officer and work closely with the broader management team.

What You Will Do:

• Accelerate sales by directly engaging with the top 100 merchants in North America.
• Sell through payment partners as well as directly to large enterprise merchants.
• Onboard new partners, including ECR vendors, and help them successfully bring the company's solution to market.
• Drive revenue growth through existing partners and merchant relationships.
• Educate and train new and existing partners on the company's solution and value proposition.
• Work with the management team on market strategy and product roadmap priorities.
• Help establish and grow the company's local presence in North America as sales increase.

What You Bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in core sales with large enterprise merchants, with a demonstrated record of strong sales results.
• Experience engaging directly with customers and owning individual sales targets.
• Experience managing partner relationships and supporting solution development.
• A reasonable level of technical proficiency.
• Experience working in virtual teams across functions and geographies.
• Based in the United States, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the country.
