Sales Director - Enterprise Sales
Location: United Kingdom | Remote.
Travel: Regular client and business travel within the United Kingdom.
Conduent is strengthening its commercial team in the United Kingdom and is looking for an experienced Sales Director for Enterprise Sales, CX & BPO. In this strategically important role, you will identify, develop and close new business with enterprise clients and contribute to profitable growth across Customer Experience, Contact Center, BPO, digital business processes and related services.
You will open doors at C-level, build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and lead complex enterprise sales processes, from prospecting and qualification through RFPs, business cases, negotiation and contract close.
Your responsibilities
You will develop a focused new-business strategy for the UK market, identify and win strategic enterprise clients, build a high-quality pipeline and develop customer-focused solutions together with internal experts. You will use market and competitor insights to prioritise commercial opportunities effectively.
What you bring
You have extensive experience in Enterprise B2B Sales and a proven track record in new business, ideally within BPO, Customer Experience, Contact Center, technology, digital services or consulting. You are credible at C-level, confident in managing complex sales cycles and bring a hunter mindset, initiative and a strong focus on results.
