Sales Director (Information Technology / System Integration)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-thinking Sales Director with a strong background in system integrator companies operating in the UAE and GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, account growth, and enterprise sales leadership. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, the ability to understand client pain points, and the agility to deliver tailored, on-demand IT solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering. MBA is preferred.

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a system integrator company within the UAE/GCC.

• Strong portfolio of enterprise-level deals and C-level relationships in both private and public sectors.

• In-depth understanding of IT solutions such as infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.

• Proven success in driving multi-million-dollar sales and expanding client accounts.

• Exceptional leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to develop customer-specific solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
