Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.
Lead and manage the sales teams across multiple outlets to maximise sales performance and operational excellence.
Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities in the wellness, TCM and healthcare sectors.
Develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns for TCM wellness services, including acupuncture, Tuina, wellness therapy and preventive healthcare programmes.
Provide professional guidance on TCM wellness concepts and treatment programmes to support product positioning, customer education and sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners and corporate customers.
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting and business performance reporting.
Recruit, mentor and develop sales managers and outlet managers to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations and Finance departments to improve customer acquisition, retention and overall business performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical business practices.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, service quality and operational efficiency.

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Healthcare or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in sales leadership, business development or commercial management.
Strong knowledge of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and wellness industry, including acupuncture, Tuina, wellness therapies and preventive healthcare services.
Proven experience in developing sales strategies and managing multi-outlet sales operations.
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, planning and decision-making abilities.
