Sales Director (USA)

【Position Overview】
We are looking for a strong sales leader to drive business growth in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology hardware or OEM/ODM sales, strong customer and business development skills, and proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve sales targets.

【Job Description】
1.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business goals.
2.Manage key accounts and develop new OEM/ODM business opportunities.
3.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
4.Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new technologies.
5.Lead and support the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
6.Prepare sales forecasts, manage sales pipeline, and provide sales reports.
7.Negotiate and close key sales opportunities and customer contracts.
8.Work closely with HQ, PM, Engineering, and Operations teams to support customer needs.
9.Participate in customer visits, business travel, and trade shows as required.
