Role Overview
The Sales & Education team is pivotal in supporting the sales function, driving business growth, and ensuring excellence in training and education across our European markets. As a Sales & Education Manager you will work closely with internal teams, retail partners, and external stakeholders to maximize sales performance while delivering impactful training that inspires, educates, and elevates brand knowledge and expertise.
Location: Paris, FR (must have the right to live & work in the EU)
Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week, 1 day working from home
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 + annual performance-related bonus
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with the UK HQ commercial team to achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth in the French market.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance by supporting retailers with effective sales strategies and activations.
- Monitor sales data, analyse performance trends, and recommend initiatives to optimize results.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store management.
- Collaborate with brand manager in market to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and launches.
- Deliver and evaluate comprehensive training programs for retail staff.
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand values, product knowledge, service excellence, and selling techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring confidence and passion for the brand across all training touchpoints.
- Regularly assess training effectiveness and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Provide feedback from the field to support product development, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support new launches through impactful sales and education initiatives.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales and/or education role, within beauty.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience delivering training programs both in-person and digitally.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and drive performance.
- Commercially savvy with a strong sales mindset.
- Inspirational trainer and communicator.
- Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
- Passionate about brand storytelling and customer experience.
- Fluent French speaker
- Based in Paris, with flexibility to travel across the territory as needed.
